UDC BRICS Summit 2026: Strengthening India’s Global Partnerships Through Diplomacy, Trade and Technology
The United Diplomatic Council (UDC) organized the UDC BRICS Summit on 10 September 2026 in New Delhi, bringing together diplomatic representatives, business leaders, trade experts, and thought leaders to discuss global cooperation, economic partnerships, and opportunities for stronger engagement among BRICS nations and their international partners.
The summit highlighted India’s growing role as a bridge between different regions of the world, emphasizing the importance of diplomacy, investment, technology, and people-to-people connections in building a more interconnected global economy.
Diplomatic Leadership and International Participation
A central feature of the summit was the participation of the High Commissioner of Uganda in India, whose presence represented the importance of India–Uganda relations and the wider role of African nations in strengthening economic and diplomatic cooperation with India.
